Interview to my mother Answering your question about how my life was at school. First of all I started my life in elementary school without having done preschool like you. In my case, I started studying immediately first grade with a previous preparation from one of my sisters. She taught me to read, write, and numbers (add, subtract), which helped me a lot. I started studying at about 8 years old at a school called Escuela Aurelio Tobón (Copacabana) that was four blocks from the house, I walked with 3 sisters every day to school. I was a shy and quiet girl, but very responsible and respectful, and this made me go a little unnoticed at school, but being a very good student. I lived a very nice elementary school, with games and accompaniment with the teachers, we had one teacher per group who gave us all the classes.
